Pumpkin Spice Protein Waffles

It's officially fall, y'all, and that means pumpkin spice everything! Get your fix with these delicious protein-packed waffles!

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbs coconut flour 
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 2 scoops of PRO7EIN Synthesis Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbs pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbs coconut oil

Directions

  1. Whisk all pancake ingredients together until no lumps remain.
  2. Spray preheated waffle iron with coconut oil cooking spray.
  3. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot, top with drizzled 1/4 cup organic maple syrup if desired.
  5. Enjoy!
